Seminar formats (10 - 20 participants) - typically used for training a group of students who are at an intermediate or above level and are migrating to a new software program (ie. Excel 2007 from Excel 2003) after having used a prior version. Focus is on new features - best when you have a larger group and not a lot of time.

Small group sessions (2- 9 participants) - typically used for small businesses who have a number of employees who need to be trained on new software - can be organized by skill level and/or topic to create an effective class for all.

One-on-one training - gives the most personalized experience and allows the user to gain the most benefit by having the opportunity to learn exactly what they need with the individual attention they may require.
The process begins by performing a customized skills assessment to determine the best placement of students. Next, we determine a scheduling timeline. We prioritize specific areas to focus on first to best maximize your training dollar. You can expect that we will create a training plan to fit the unique needs of you and/or your organization.
